Cookie Policy

Courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit our website. They help us understand how the site is used and improve your experience.

Cookies we use

Necessary

Essential for the site to work. They include the consent preference (localStorage) and, in the maturity assessment, the progress of your answers (localStorage) and the origin of the visit, such as UTM parameters and referring site (sessionStorage). This data stays in your browser and is only sent if you request the report. They cannot be disabled.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode. Before you make a choice in the banner, the Google tag loads in restricted mode: no analytics cookie is stored and ad storage is disabled, but Google receives basic visit signals (page visited, date and time, browser type and IP address) for aggregate measurement. If you accept in the banner, analytics cookies are enabled (pages visited, time on site and traffic source). If you decline, restricted mode continues and no analytics cookie is stored.

Cookies and storage used

  • ff-consent

    localStorage, necessary

Stores your choice in the cookie banner. You can change it at any time under “Cookie preferences” in the footer. It remains until you clear the site data.

  • ff-theme

    localStorage, necessary

Stores the light or dark theme. It remains until you clear the site data.

  • ff-assessment

    localStorage, necessary

Stores the progress and answers of the maturity assessment in your browser. It remains until you retake the assessment or clear the site data.

  • ff-source and ff-report-token

    sessionStorage, necessary

They store the origin of the visit (UTM, referring site and landing page) and the link to your report. They last until you close the tab.

  • _ga and _ga_<ID>

Google Analytics 4 cookie, only if you accept

They distinguish visitors and sessions to measure the audience. They last up to 2 years, and analytics data is retained for up to 14 months.

How to manage cookies

You can accept or decline analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. To review your choice, use “Cookie preferences” in the footer: the banner will appear again. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time and, to also prevent the basic visit signals from being sent to Google, use your browser's tracker blocking or the official Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Data sharing

No cookie is used to share data with social networks or to measure advertising campaigns, and ad storage remains disabled. We do not perform cross-site tracking or sell data to third parties.
